After completion of 10th(in person) and 9th(online) Global Capacity-Building Workshop on Global Citizenship Education (GCED) & Curriculum Development for GCED Educators: Perspectives, Purposes, and Practices, this course was effective in consolidating and going over the lesson learnt with different contexts and perspectives. Appreciate for having provided another opportunity to understand global issues.

I was able to gain general view of GCED through this course. Likewise, I was able to gain realization of areas wherein I can utilize GCED concepts in the development of the curriculum for my country.

This course deepens my knowledge and skills of GCED in terms of teaching and learning in this changing world. It also widened my perspectives about ESD, which I've been working on for several years. GCED is not just about encouraging travel to other countries and having a series of stamps on your passport; it's about empowering youths to think critically and communicate effectively about the rising problems we face today. All global citizens in our interconnected world should collaborate and contribute to addressing these problems. Moreover, actions can be taken now at the local levels where our students can join hands, practice global citizenship through ESD learning projects, and promote SDGs.
