This course aims to provide young leaders with forward-thinking concepts, frameworks, and skills to create and lead transformational change in their career and life paths, starting from within. In this course, participants will deep dive into the Regeneration mindset, redefine the idea of Leadership and connect with eye-opening and inspiring stories of individuals and communities showing how a holistic approach to self, societal and environmental well-being is not only possible but better for all.
This participatory learning space will be guided by the facilitator and built upon each individual experience and the emerging collective wisdom.
By the end of the course, participants will be aware of the power and possibility of creating a new narrative that taps into their authentic leadership. By putting essential skills into practice, learners will be encouraged to foster thriving relationships with themselves, others and the planet.
The learning period starts on 14 September.
