  Both the course and course instructor were simply awesome. Ms. Lisa is so sincere and passionate about her responsibilities that we too got inspired and motivated to be the same. In future I plan to attend other courses offered by her.
  This course has taught me to confidently use AI ethically and sensibly. The myths around AI have vanished and I feel empowered by becoming aware of the mechanism of AI development, the risks involved, societal impact, etc. I recommend this course to all GCED online campus participants and I hope to share the knowledge I have gained in my own circle and society.

  I have been using AI since it was introduced in different forms but I was not that well aware and well versed in using AI and its Ethical uses. This course provided me a deep insight into ethically using AI, especially how AI works in the background and the legal and legislative problems. I have learned why it is important to regularize it through this course. The trainer was awesome. what a learned professional she is. her teaching was really impressive, she is a walking ensyclopedia of AI. It was overall an amazing experience.
  I have also learned a lot form other fellows. they were all learned individuals.

  This course was an eye opener for me! Pretty much different from all the conventional AI workshops/webinars which have been surfacing all these days! This course has left me with an opportunity to introspect. The instructor Ms. Lisa was brilliant, kind, supportive through out. The assignments as well, gave me an opportunity to sit down, pause, read & reflect on what's going on around us. As a global citizen, first I need to equip myself with all these updates so that I can transfer them to my students. Looking forward to more such session!

  This course has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the history of AI, its importance, and the associated risks, particularly the inherent bias in AI-generated information and the ethical responsibilities that accompany its use. The exploration of AI's influence on media was particularly illuminating, offering critical insights into the identification of AI-generated fake news and deepfakes, while underscoring the necessity of media literacy. The course also clarified the distinction between disinformation and misinformation, as well as the pivotal role AI plays in the dissemination of false information. Under the expert guidance of the instructor, Lisa, these complex subjects were conveyed with clarity and depth, making the learning experience both rigorous and enriching. As I conclude this course, I am equipped with a stronger foundation in AI and ethics, which I intend to impart to my students. I will emphasize that, despite AI's capabilities, it remains a language model and is not equipped to solve mathematical problems. Moreover, I will address the significant risk of bias in AI-generated information, encouraging my students to engage with AI critically and responsibly

  At the end of the course, I got a clear idea of the differentiating points between disinformation and misinformation. Their uses and desired outcomes were not left behind. That is where the relevance of exploring the role of AI in the proliferation of misinformation and disinformation becomes apparent, especially in Nigeria, where fake news has gradually degraded into a widely persistent problem overly inflaming socio-political tensions. The course provided valuable insights into how to identify or infer AI-generated fake news and deepfakes and stressed the importance of media literacy. There is a need, in the light of that, as a legal professional, to call for more stringent legal provisions concerning the misuse of AI in generating and spreading fake information hand in hand with public awareness and critical media literacy.

  I have learned so much from this course, and I am sad that it has come to an end. The deep dive into AI and ethics was something new and engaging for me. I didn't realize that AI has been around since before I was born, and Lisa did a great job explaining that. Lisa is an amazing instructor who delivered the course with a lot of expertise and experience. I'm really glad I applied for the course because it has greatly expanded my knowledge about AI and made me more knowledgeable in this area.
